What if we all lived up to our own self perceived holiness?
What if when we gave, we actually had to sacrifice a worldly pleasure for it?
What if all the money spent on elaborate church buildings and youth group ski trips were to be given to the poor, naked, hungry, orphans, and widows?
What if we spent more time seeking God than pleasing ourselves?
What if we really loved everyone else as much as we love ourselves?
What if we lived a life that attested to what we say we believe?
What if we were just a little less self centered?
What if we were truly willing to sacrifice of ourselves for the Lord’s kingdom?
What if our sacrifices were more than mere tokens that really are not sacrifices at all?
What if Jesus comes back today? Are you ready?
